chào bác sỹ ạ. e bị khó ngủ khó vào giấc ngủ chằn chọc suy nghĩ lung tung có hôm nằm ngủ từ 23h đến 2h em mí gủ đc ngủ k sâu giấc e hỏi e bị bệnh gì và đi khám ở đâu ạ ... hay em bị sốc ạ vì em gặp tr rất buồn về 2 năm trước nó ám ảnh em

Em thường khó ngủ, khi ngủ thì trằn trọc, suy nghĩ lung tung bản thần em cũng thấy việc em khó ngủ vậy có thể do nguyên nhân là mình gặp truyện buồn cách đây 2 năm và nó ám ảnh em. Việc em suy nghĩ nhiều về chuyện cũ gây cho em cảm giác buồn phiền lo lắng nó làm cho em đi vào giấc ngủ khó hơn, ngoài ra việc suy nghĩ nhiều cũng kiến cho em thường gặp nhiều giấc mơ  về chuyện không vui. Đây cũng chính là một vòng xoắn nếu hàng ngày áp lực công việc nặng nề tối về nhà tinh thần em lại không được thoải mải suốt ngày lo lắng  thì hoàn toàn kiến cho em cảm giác khó ngủ, trằn chọc… lâu ngày tình trạng này có thể ảnh hưởng tới sức khỏe của em.

Nếu vì chuyện buồn cách đây 2 năm gây ra áp lực, tâm lý, có thể ảnh hưởng tới cả sức khỏe của em thì hoàn toàn em có thể cải thiện tình trạng này bằng cách mình quên đi chuyện buồn đó, hạn chế những suy nghĩ có liên quan tới vấn đề của em. Đây là một trong các hình thức em có thể làm để cải thiện tình trạng tinh thần của bản thân cũng như cải thiện giấc ngủ của mình.

Ngoài ra em có thể áp dụng một số biện pháp để  giúp cho việc em đi ngủ tốt hơn: tạo không khí, âm thanh  thoải mái khi ngủ,không lo lắng suy nghĩ chuyện buồn, chuyện phiền muội, tránh ăn no trước khi ngủ, tránh những khích thích trước khi ngủ…

Ngoài ra nếu áp dụng những biện pháp này không hiệu quả em có thể đi khám bác sũy chuyên khoa về tâm thần để giải quyết vấn đề về tâm lý cũng như tình trạng mất ngủ có thể sẽ phải sử dụng thuốc để tránh tình trạng mất ngủ kéo dai gây ảnh hưởng tới sức khỏe.
